Terms and Conditions of Use Toke33 — Malaysia User Guide

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you as an individual user and toke33 as the operator of the online gaming platform at https://toke33.app and related mobile applications ("Platform").

By accessing, registering, logging in, or using any part of the toke33 Platform — including browsing content, making deposits, participating in games, or claiming any promotions — you hereby express your full agreement to these Terms.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you are required to discontinue use of the toke33 Platform. Continued use following the publication of any amendment to the Terms will also be deemed acceptance of the updated Terms.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register and use toke33's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Be at least 18 years old on the registration date and throughout the period of use of the Platform.
• Reside in a geographic region that does not restrict the use of online gaming services as offered by toke33.
• Never previously banned or suspended from using the toke33 Platform by toke33.
• Acting on your own personal capacity and not on the instructions of any third party.
• Not subject to any legal impediment that prevents you from entering into a binding agreement.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. toke33 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time as part of our KYC (Know Your Customer) procedure. Failure to submit the required documents may result in temporary suspension or account closure.

Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) active account. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using a different name, email address, phone number, IP address, or banking details — is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts.

3 User Account

Upon successful registration, you are fully responsible for all activities that occur within your toke33 account. This responsibility includes:

• Keeping your username and password confidential at all times.
• Not sharing login credentials with any other party, including family members.
• Notify toke33 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• Ensuring that personal information in your account profile is kept up to date and accurate.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially on shared devices.

Toke33 shall not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your account arising from your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the toke33 platform are subject to established policies and limits. Deposits may be made via approved payment methods including FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and other methods listed in the Withdrawal section of the platform.

• The minimum deposit amount is as stated in the Deposit section of the platform and is subject to change from time to time.
• All deposits are processed through secure, integrated payment channels with full encryption.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to successful completion of identity verification (KYC).
• Daily and weekly withdrawal limits are set according to the user's account verification level.
• Toke33 reserves the right to reject or delay any suspicious withdrawal request for the purpose of anti-money laundering (AML) investigation.
• Funds held in a toke33 account do not earn any interest or investment returns.

Users are not permitted to transfer funds between toke33 accounts. All withdrawals will be processed back to the original payment method used during deposit, except in specific circumstances requiring an alternative method with approval from the toke33 team.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

Toke33 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to new and existing users. All offers are subject to the specific terms stated alongside each promotion. The general terms applicable to all toke33 bonuses are as follows:

• Each bonus is subject to a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any withdrawal from bonus funds is permitted.
• Bonuses are eligible to be claimed once only per user, household, IP address, or device.
• Toke33 reserves the right to cancel any bonus obtained through dishonest means or abuse of the promotions system.
• The bonus validity period is as stated in the respective promotion terms; expired bonuses cannot be redeemed.
• Some bonuses have a maximum betting limit while using bonus funds — exceeding this limit may result in cancellation of the bonus and any associated wins.
• Toke33 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.

Users who display betting patterns clearly intended to exploit the bonus system — such as placing multiple offsetting outcome bets — may be found in breach of these Terms and subject to appropriate action.

6 Game Rules

All games available on the toke33 platform are subject to their individual game rules, which can be found in the relevant section of the platform. The general principles applicable to all games are:

• All games use a Random Number Generator (RNG) system that has been independently audited to ensure fairness and transparency.
• In the event of a technical disruption during a game session, toke33 will endeavour to restore the session to the last recorded state. If restoration is not possible, the affected wagers will be returned to the user.
• Wins resulting from system errors or software bugs are void, and toke33 reserves the right to cancel the relevant transactions.
• Minimum and maximum wagering limits for each game are as displayed within the game interface itself.
• Users are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before placing any wagers.

In Live Casino games, results announced by the dealer or live presenter are final, subject to video recording review by the toke33 team in the event of a valid dispute.

7 Prohibited Conduct

Toke33 users are prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities, whether directly or indirectly:

• Engaging in any form of money laundering through the toke33 platform.
• Colluding with other users to manipulate the gaming system or gain an unfair advantage.

• Accessing another user's account without authorisation.

Any violation of the above prohibitions will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all outstanding balances and wins, and toke33 reserves the right to pursue appropriate legal action.

8 Intellectual Property

All content, designs, logos, brands, software, databases, user interfaces, and related materials found on the toke33 platform are the exclusive property of toke33 or its licensors, and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• Users are not permitted to copy, redistribute, sell, republish, or create derivative works from any toke33 content without explicit written consent.
• Using the toke33 logo or brand for commercial, promotional, or misleading purposes is strictly prohibited.
• Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas submitted by users to toke33 become the property of toke33 and may be used without compensation to the user.

Toke33 respects the intellectual property rights of third parties. If you believe that any content on the toke33 platform infringes your rights, please contact our team through the official support channel.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, toke33 shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the toke33 platform.
• Service disruptions arising from factors beyond toke33's control, including power outages, internet failures, natural disasters, or government actions.
• Any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence.
• The accuracy or completeness of information provided by third parties on the toke33 platform.

Toke33's total liability to you for any claim arising from the use of the Platform, regardless of the form of the claim, is limited to the net deposit amount you placed into your toke33 account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10 Account Termination

Toke33 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time and without prior notice if there is reasonable cause, including but not limited to:

• Breach of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to submit the required KYC documents within the stipulated timeframe.
• Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual.
• Voluntary account closure requested by the user.

Users may also voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting the toke33 support team. Any valid balance in your account (after deducting any bonuses and winnings that do not meet the wagering requirements) will be returned via an approved payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

11 Terms Amendment

Toke33 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time at our absolute discretion. Material changes will be communicated to users via an in-platform notice or registered email at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except in situations requiring immediate action.

It is the user's responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of the latest version. The "Updated" date at the top of this document indicates the date of the last amendment. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

12 Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of the toke33 platform. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms, the use of the Platform, or transactions carried out through the Platform, shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation between both parties.

If resolution through negotiation is not reached within 30 days, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with procedures established by toke33. The language used in arbitration proceedings shall be either Bahasa Melayu or English.
